Gem Studio is the place for connection, craftsmanship, and unforgettable experiences. We're looking for fun, outgoing Silversmiths to help people design and create custom jewelry in our hands-on workshops. To be an awesome Silversmith, you need a mix of creativity, people skills, and the drive to learn new things. If you love working with your hands and connecting with clients, this is your dream gig. No experience? No problem! We’ll train you to be the jewelry-making pro.

What You’ll Do:
- Run scheduled group appointments to help clients design & create unique, custom jewelry.
- Safely operate machinery, tools, and equipment during workshops.
- Lead guest education on the process of silversmithing and jewelry making.
- Stock, clean, and prepare all supplies and equipment to meet workshop requirements and studio standards.
- Engage with diverse clients ensuring every guest feels welcome, appreciated, and open to express creativity to make each experience unforgettable.

- Patient and eager to learn, someone who catches onto difficult things quickly
- A team player who works well with diverse personalities and can carry on conversations effortlessly
- Flexible availability, Fridays-Sundays are required
