Do you love slime, creativity, and making magical memories for families? ✨ Slimeatory is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manager in Training to learn all aspects of running our fun and colorful store. From hosting parties and classes to managing social media and customer communication, you’ll gain the skills to grow into a full Slimeatory Manager.
This is the perfect role if you’re energetic, creative, and ready to step into leadership with training and support along the way.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Store Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations and learn how to schedule and manage a team.
- Classes & Workshops: Support and eventually lead hands-on slime classes for kids and families.
- Parties & Events: Help host birthday parties and events, ensuring each one is magical and fun.
- Customer Service: Answer emails and phone calls, send booking confirmations, and help families with their questions.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Learn to manage supplies, restock shelves, and create fun product displays.
- Social Media & Marketing: Create fun posts, stories, and reels to showcase our parties, workshops, and products.
- Help promote special offers and events to grow our community.
- Upselling & Growth: Practice offering add-ons and special packages to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Support: Work with and motivate team members while learning leadership skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing, and excited to learn.
- Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Interest in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and creative content.
- Experience in retail, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable, responsible, and ready to grow into a management role.
- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings and weekends.
