Sales Lead

We are looking for an outgoing, professional Sales Lead to work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. 

What you will be doing:  

• Open and close store and maintain opening/closing operations on scheduled days 
• Execute the bank deposits  
• Complete cash refunds for returned merchandise for customers in a professional manner 
• Receive and help merchandise inventory shipments 
• Promote and motivate staff to achieve sales goals, as well as your own. Communicate goals and monitor achievements  
• Effectively ensure that customers are serviced properly by direct selling and monitoring of sales floor  
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store  
• Performs all other duties as assigned
