Cashiers and Bakers

Wetzel's Pretzels is hiring both full and [art time cashiers and bakers!

CASHIER:

Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

BAKER:

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow directions from others
• Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment

Responsibilities

• As a Baker, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our baked goods wow our customers while maintaining our quality standards
• Baking required recipes in an accurate and consistent method
• Ensuring baked goods have an appealing finished product
• Confirming all products meet our food safety and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
