The Edge Salon is seeking a part-time front desk Client Coordinator to join our team!
As the Salon Client Coordinator, you are probably the most indispensable person in the salon. You have the first and last contact with each client, and your impression is a lasting one. You are trained to handle the client as if the client were the most important person around. You are also in a prime position to receive guest feedback.
Requirements area well-presented, well-dressed individual that is professional, courteous, endmost importantly, reliable for each and every shift!
Hours are evening shifts Wednesday-Friday from 3-8, Sundays 11-6, and every other Saturday 10-6.Total hours vary between 22 and 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate with staff when new guests book.
Enter guest service information into scheduling software.
Make sure guest appointments are being confirmed.
Direct non-busy personnel in sweeping, folding towels, or stocking duties when needed.
Maintain traffic control in the salon.
Complete daily close out procedures.
Maintain adequate cash in drawer.
Help manager keep supplies in stock.
Assist manager at staff meetings, or conduct meetings when manager is unavailable.
Proper maintenance of front desk equipment.
Daily clean-up duties.
Cleaning the waiting area including the retail and product shelves.
Dust and clean all product and display areas.
Ensure all products are properly displayed.
Be amazing, kind, outgoing, and ensure each of our guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
